Where we deliver

Any address in England, Scotland or Wales. Some remote and island postcodes may cost more or take longer; we'll show this before you pay.

The delivery charge will be confirmed when ordering opens. Each kit will show its delivery charge and the total, and the checkout will show the same total before you pay.

How your kit arrives

Kits come by courier, on a two-person or kerbside service we'll confirm before ordering opens. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be in to take it.

• Boxes weigh from 41kg to 96kg, so have two people ready to move it.
• Tell us at checkout about steps, narrow paths or parking.
• Check the box when it arrives. If it's visibly damaged, write "damaged" when you sign, take photos and let us know.

Dispatch dates

Each kit shows when it's dispatched: "In stock", or "Pre-order: dispatching by" a date. We'll confirm how many working days delivery takes after dispatch when ordering opens. If no date is agreed, we deliver within 30 days of your order.

Northern Ireland

Plug-in solar isn't permitted to be connected in Northern Ireland, so we can't deliver kits there. Our checkout and kit list don't accept Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Islands postcodes.
